Social Media Post Link Submission for Coupon Upgrade

1. Eligibility: This offer is available exclusively to NuPhy’s loyal customers who have made a purchase before, and who also placed a $1 deposit for the Node75 pre-order.
2. Promotion Period: The promotion runs from October 15 to November 9.
3. Coupon Upgrade: Participants can upgrade their $10 coupon to a $20 coupon by joining the social media sharing event.
4. How to Participate:

   1. Step 1: Take a picture or video with your previously purchased NuPhy keyboard.

   2. Step 2: Share your picture/video on your social media platform, tag NuPhy, and share your thoughts.

   3. Step 3: Copy the link of your post and fill out the provided form to complete your participation.

5. Participation Limit: Each user can participate only once. Multiple submissions will not be accepted.

6. Email Requirement: To redeem the coupon, you must enter the email address used to make your $1 purchase on the NuPhy website. Please ensure this email is valid and in use.

7. Coupon Redemption: The upgraded coupon is valid for future purchases on the NuPhy website and can only be used to purchase the Node75 keyboard. The coupon cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other offers.

8. Social Media Post: By participating, you agree that NuPhy may share your content on our social media platforms. Ensure your account is public for us to view your post.

9. Misuse of Content: If a participant is found to have maliciously stolen someone else’s social media post or image, their eligibility for the $1 event will be canceled. The $1 payment will be refunded after the event concludes.

10. Right to Modify: NuPhy reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.

11. General Terms: Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Any violation of the terms may result in disqualification from the promotion.

Node75 Pre-order Referral Giveaway

1. Campaign Period
   1. The campaign will run from October 15, 2025 to November 9, 2025.
   2. The winner list will be announced on the Node75 product page on November 10th.
2. Eligibility & Participation
   1. Participants must first complete a valid subscription through the official Node75 pre-order page.
   2. After subscribing, participants may share their unique referral link.
   3. Each successful registration completed via the referral link will increase the participant’s ranking and chances of winning.
   4. Multiple registrations from the same individual, or fraudulent entries (e.g. fake or duplicate accounts), will not be counted and may result in disqualification.
   5. To ensure successful prize delivery, participants must complete the subscription process with accurate information.
3. Prizes & Winner Announcement
   1. Prizes will be awarded based on the final referral rankings at the end of the campaign.
   2. The list of winners will be published on the Node75 product purchase page.
   3. Winners will also be notified by email using the address provided during subscription.

      The Rank 6-10 will receive Accessory Bundle B, which includes Keycaps nSA (Canopus/Black)-121 and Deskmat Orbit (Bright).

      The Rank 11-20 will receive Accessory Bundle C, which includes Keycaps nSA (Canopus/Black) -121.

      All Remaining Participants will receive a random coupon, which could be either a $5 Coupon for the Node75 Keyboard or a 10% Off Accessories Coupon.

4. Shipping
   1. Standard shipping fees for prizes will be covered by the organizer.
   2. Please note: remote areas are excluded from free shipping and may incur additional charges.
5. General Terms
   1. The organizer reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and to disqualify any participant found to be engaging in unfair or fraudulent behavior.
   2. The organizer reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the campaign if circumstances beyond its control occur.
   3. All decisions regarding campaign rules, eligibility, and prize distribution are final.

Pre-sale - Prepaid Phase

   2. Priority shipping on the Node75 orders.
   3. Pre-pay $1 and receive a $10 coupon. Existing users can upgrade to a $20 coupon by sharing posts on your social media platforms.

*Free shipping is a limited-time offer valid until December 10, 2025.

*If you have previously purchased a NuPhy keyboard, please use the same email address to pay the $1 deposit fee. Existing users can upgrade to a $20 coupon by sharing posts on your social media platforms. The coupon will be sent directly to the email address associated with your original order.

2. Each email address is limited to one order. To ensure you don't miss out on emails with exclusive coupon codes, please be sure to subscribe to our mailing list before the sale begins and remain subscribed. Subscribing is the best way to stay up to date on our latest offers and benefits. If you wish to unsubscribe after receiving a coupon code, you can do so at any time.
3. During the deposit payment phase, you cannot cancel your order, and the deposit is non-refundable.
4. After paying the deposit by November 10, 2025, you must pay the remaining balance by the deadline (December 10, 2025). Otherwise, your order (including the $10-20 USD coupon and all offers) will be automatically canceled.
5. No offers (including coupons, tokens, or other discounts) are valid during this deposit phase.

Official Launch Phase

1. Node75 pricing will be displayed during this phase.
2. Please pay the balance by the specified deadline. If you fail to pay the balance by the due date, your pre-order (including the $10-20 USD discount and all offers) will be canceled and your deposit will be refunded to your payment account.
3. You may cancel your order before it ships. If you decide to cancel, your payment (including the deposit and balance) will be refunded.
4. When making the balance payment, you cannot change your current shipping or billing address.
5. You cannot change the shipping method during the final payment.
6. The $10-20 discount coupon for the Node75 series can be used towards the final payment.
7. Orders will be shipped sequentially based on the final payment.
